Change your program option

PLEASE NOTE: This form is for currently active participants in Webster PowerUp. If you are not yet enrolled and wish to participate, you can learn more about enrolling here. This form will NOT enroll you in Webster PowerUp as a new participant.

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Change back to PowerUp Standard (this is the default program offering) – 9.509 ¢/kWh
  • Opt up to PowerUp Green – 12.281 ¢/kWh

Please note: It may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Enter numbers with no spaces, dashes, or other characters
If you are a National Grid customer your electricity account number number has 10 digits.
If you are an Eversource customer your electricity account number number has 11 digits.
Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
Your name key can be found on the second page of your Eversource bill, directly beneath your account number. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
