Change your program option

If your account will be automatically enrolled in the program, or it is already enrolled, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to Power Choice Green and 100% clean renewable electricity.
  • Change back to Power Choice Standard (this is the default program offering).

Please include the information requested as it appears on your electric utility bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
