Opt up or opt down
Important note: This form may be used only by residential and small commercial customers that have not previously opted-out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about how to join the program. |
If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:
- Opt up to 100% Green
- Opt down to Natick Basic/Brown
- Change to Standard Green (default program offering)
Or you may contact customer support with Natick’s program consultants at 1-844-483-5004 and ask them to change your program option. You will need to provide your Eversource electricity account information when you call.
Please include the information requested as it appears on your electric utility bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.
