Hopkington Power Choice must receive regulatory approval from the state before the program can launch. To ensure transparency in the program development process, the draft Aggregation Plan for Hopkinton Power Choice is available for public review.

An overview of Hopkinton’s draft Aggregation Plan was presented on August 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the lower level of Hopkinton Town Hall, and the Plan was made available for public comment from August 8 until September 9, 2024.
