Please use the form below if you are eligible for automatic enrollment and want to change your option. If you are enrolling for the first time, please use the Request Enrollment form instead and choose your program option from the drop-down menu.

If you will be automatically enrolled and wish to remain with the Framingham Standard green option, no action is required.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your Eversource electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
