Important note: This form may be used only by residential and small business customers that have not previously opted-out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about how to join the program.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your Eversource bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that enrollment requests must be accepted by Eversource before they are active. Also, it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
