* Chelmsford Choice prices include a $0.001/kWh administrative fee. Program prices could increase as a result of a change in law that results in a direct, material increase in costs during the term of the electricity supply agreement. Program prices apply only to the electricity supply portion of your National Grid electric bill. Delivery charges on your National Grid electric bill are not affected by participation in Chelmsford Choice. Some large commercial accounts may not be eligible for program pricing at the time of enrollment and may instead be offered market pricing. Visit the FAQ page for more information.
** The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all electricity supply products include a minimum of 59% from clean or renewable energy resources in 2023, 62% in 2024, and 63% in 2025, which includes electricity from MA Class I renewable energy projects and also from other clean or renewable sources such as nuclear and trash-to-energy. Chelmsford Choice Basic meets the minimum requirement. Chelmsford Choice Greener and Chelmsford Choice Greenest exceed it by including additional electricity from MA Class I renewable energy projects.
