You can use the form below if you will be automatically enrolled, or are already enrolled, in the Cambridge Community Electricity program and want to:

  • Opt up from Standard Green to 100% Green Plus – 13.669 ¢/kWh
  • Change from 100% Green Plus back to Standard Green – 10.20 ¢/kWh

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

If you are a National Grid customer your electricity account number number has 10 digits.
If you are an Eversource customer your electricity account number number has 11 digits.
Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
