Change your program option

Important note: This form may be used only by residential and small commercial customers that have not previously opted-out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about participating in the program.

If you will be automaticaly enrolled, or you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to Chelmsford Choice Greener – 16.415 ¢/kWh
  • Opt up to Chelmsford Choice Greenest – 17.849 ¢/kWh
  • Change back to Chelmsford Choice Basic (this is the default program offering) – 14.843 ¢/kWh

You may also change your program option by calling Customer Support at 1-844-483-5004.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your electric utility bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.
