Change your option

You can use the form below if you will be automatically enrolled, or are already enrolled, in Newton Power Choice and want to change which program option you will be enrolled in.

Or you may contact customer support with the City’s program consultants at 1-833-272-9592 and ask them to change your program option. You will need to provide your Eversource electricity account information when you call.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
