Request Enrollment

Important note: This form may be used only by residential and small business customers that have not previously opted out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about how to join the program.

Needham Power Choice is not yet accepting enrollment requests. An enrollment form will be available after January 6. Enrollment requests will take effect no sooner than your March meter read date, when the program launches.

You may not need to submit an enrollment request. Most Needham electricity customers will be eligible for automatic enrollment in the Standard option in Needham Power Choice. If your account is eligible for automatic enrollment, you will receive a notice from the Town in January, and no action will be required. Your account will be automatically enrolled in Needham Power Choice with your March meter read.

The automatic enrollment notification will bear the Needham Town Seal. If you receive something in the mail about your electricity supply price, but it does not bear the Needham Town Seal, it is not from the Town or this program.
