Change your program option

Please use the form below if you are eligible for automatic enrollment or are already enrolled in the program and want to change your option. If you are enrolling for the first time, please use the Request Enrollment form instead and choose your program option from the drop-down menu.

Framingham Community Electricity is not yet accepting option change requests. A change form will be available after January 24. Requests will take effect no sooner than your March meter read date, when the program launches.

If you are attempting to enroll in the Framingham Standard Green option, you may not need to submit an option change request. Most Framingham electricity customers will be eligible for automatic enrollment in the Standard Green option in Framingham Community Electricity. If your account is eligible for automatic enrollment, you will receive a notice from the City in late January or early February, and no action will be required. Your account will be automatically enrolled in Framingham Community Electricity with your March meter read.

The automatic enrollment notification will bear the Framingham City Seal. If you receive something in the mail about your electricity supply price, but it does not bear the Framingham City Seal, it is not from the City or this program.
