If you received a notification that your account is eligible for automatic enrollment, no action is required.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your Eversource electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that enrollment requests must be accepted by the utility before they become active.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
