Request enrollment

A new enrollment in Southborough Community Power Choice will take effect no sooner than your December meter read, when the new prices go into effect. 

Important note: This form may be used only by residential and commercial customers that have not previously opted out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about how to join the program.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your National Grid electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that enrollment requests must be accepted by the utility before they become active. Also, it may take up to two billing cycles for the program price to appear on your bill, as enrollments can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
