Public comments accepted
Hubbardston Community Power must receive regulatory approval from the state before the program can launch. To ensure transparency in the program development process, the draft documents for Hubbardston Community Power can be downloaded below and will be available for public review and comment from November 7 until December 9.
In addition, hard copies of the draft documents are available from the Town Hall (7 Main Street, Unit #3) at both the Town Office and Senior Center. Hubbardston residents and business owners are encouraged to review the documents and submit written comments:

Comments sent by mail must be received (not postmarked) by the end of the comment period in order to be addressed.
An overview of Hubbardston’s draft Aggregation Plan will be presented in person and virtually on November 13, 2024 at 7:30 PM in the Slade Conference Room in Town Hall. Details for participating virtually will be available on the Town of Hubbardston website.
